All prices are set for Montclair, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. We cater to the rest of the 909, 626 and 951 areas, also. Please contact us regarding any additonal charges for delivering to these areas.
We'll agree beforehand on a set time range to drop off and set up our equipment. We normally set a 2 hour window and suggest we aim for about 2 hours prior to your party's start time. This allows us to set up without an entire party watching us and also guarantees that any early arriving party people have a place to play and turn up.
Also, all jumpers will have a tarp under them. This is necessary to protect our equipment and ensure their longevity.
Lastly, we'll agree prior to the drop off on a set range of time to pick up our equipment. We normally set a 2 hour window. Please let us know prior if a specific time is mandatory. We do the cleaning and disinfecting on the spot so we'll need about a 30 minute window to take our equipment down and get packed up.
All pick ups will be done the same day as the drop off. If a situation requires an exception, let us know and we'll talk about it.
The land we set up on must be flat, we will never set up on any incline or decline. Bumpy and rocky land is fine but we will never set up on an incline or decline as that is extremely dangerous for your children. Any company who previously did that is ran by people who didn't care about the little party people.
We must have a clear path and easy access to where you want us to set up. If we have to go through a gate of any sort, the opening must be at least 48 inches wide. Please move any decor or floral before our arrival.
Lastly, we must have a place to park for the drop off and pickup. We will never block traffic or violate any traffic or local laws.
Violation of any of these rules will cause an immediate cancelation and the deposit will not be returned.
Not really a common issue in Southern California but if it rains anytime within 2 hours of our agreed drop off time, the reservation is canceled and any paid funds are returned without question.
If there's more than a 10% chance of rain during or 2 hours after our agreed window of time for drop off, the party or pick up, the reservation is canceled and any paid funds are returned without question or we can agree to reschedule within the next few days or weeks.
We pride ourselves on serving you but we absolutely must protect our equipment, team and your little ones. Southern California doesn't deal with such circumstances often but we want to address this up front.
If your party is on Saturday or Sunday, 20% is due by the end of the Tuesday prior. If your event is on any other day, the 20% is due 3 business days prior to your booked date. The rest of the payment is due at the time of drop off. The only exception is if you pay in full prior or if you book within a 3 day range. If you cancel within 3 business days of your party, the 20% will not be returned but the remaining balance won't be due and any penny over the 20% will be returned.
If a party is canceled due to rain, all funds will be returned or we can agree to reschedule within the next few days or weeks. Please view the section titled "Rain?" for further details.
We accept Cash, Zelle and Chime.
